It is obvious that the spoken word is just that, simply spoken, but body language brings a whole new meaning to how we express ourselves.

First of all, let us break down Sexual Sensuality in relationships in a more defining way.

It is so, that sensuality is a means in which we can experience ourselves and both connect to, and relate to the internal and external environment.

We do this by using five physical senses that we all have. By taste, touch, sound, sight, smell.

We use all or some of these senses to explore the world and that that is around us.

In the case of our Sexuality, this can be many things such as not only the ability to re-produce, but in other areas like vitality, our life-force and what we call our internal orgasmic energy.

We ultimately use this energy source to encourage our body to explore those parts of our anatomy which are both energetic and physical, and of course we could even suggest spiritual.

Sexual Sensuality in Relationships isn’t just about the way you participate in a sexual activity, whether that is making a child or the actual act of penetration…it really is more about your creative life-force and includes the feminine, orgasmic essence you possess.

The internal sexual energy is in affect about birth-right. An energy that is present and has been present since before you were born (Whilst inside the womb) and after your birth.sexual sensuality in relationships

We all experience a type of sensual pleasure, such as when we eat something we find delicious, like perhaps chocolate, or getting into your bed when new sheets have just been put on.

There is also the sheer pleasure of enjoying a passionate kiss or love making with someone you have deep feelings for.

Our Sensual pleasure is present when we are being turned on and the feelings of your body becoming aroused begin to circulate. This heightens your awareness of simple things like touch, feel or even smell.

It can be said that sensuality and sexuality work together in tandem and once you start becoming ‘worked up’ within, your whole being becomes alive. You tingle and begin to let yourself go, experiencing a feeling that eventually can result in an orgasm.

Different cultures and society as a whole can try and make us repress sexual sensuality in relationships, but our inner most feelings of sexuality and Sensuality will persist. This often results in individuals trying to hide or pretend they are not experiencing these most personal of feelings, this is something you have to combat otherwise you will deny yourself a most enjoyable experience.

All of us, both men and women need to allow our inner most soul to heal, allowing ourselves to express both Sexual and Sensual feelings. Do not feel restricted or allow yourself to be prevented from these core bodily functions…It is within our natural human nature.
